You may exchange any product purchased on our store by contacting our customer service team via email at info@killermerch. This department operates Monday through Friday, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. PST. All emails will be answered within 24-48 hours, excluding weekends and all major holidays.

If you would like to return or exchange an item you have received, please take the postcard that was included with your order and fill out the necessary information. This should include the item(s) you want exchanged/returned, the address to send your shipment back to if applicable (if different then original shipping address), and your order number. Please also include the packing slip as this will serve as your receipt. We highly recommend all shipments sent back to our fulfillment center are done so via a traceable carrier such as USPS, UPS, FedEx, or DHL. West Coast Customs & Killer Merch are not responsible for packages not received if sent via a non-traceable carrier. We do not accept C.O.D. parcel.

Once your package is received your request will be processed within 3-5 business days. Exchanges are typically processed within one week of them being received at our facility. If an item(s) you are exchanging is out of stock, you will be contacted by one of our customer service representatives. If the item(s) you are exchanging requires a balance due or credit refund, the original card used to make the purchase will be used to issue any refund tendered.

In the event you need to return or exchange a product, this must be completed within 30 days of your purchase. We do not accept returns or exchanges on items that have been washed, worn or are damaged. Please include the same information for a return item as for one you are exchanging. Shipping is not refundable. Once your item(s) is returned to our facility the original card used to purchase the product will be credited the cost of the item(s) and any applicable tax. You can expect to see the credit to your card within 7 business days from when it was delivered to our facility. For faster processing please email once you have sent your items back.
